You can select a Garmin chartplotter with a GPS navigation and sonar system as an accessory. If you have opted for both chartplotter displays, you can have two chartplotter views at the same time.
Always keep a compass and an up-to-date chart on board, even if you have a GPS chartplotter. A GPS supports navigation, but it should not be used as primary means of navigation.
At higher speeds, the sonar sensor may not display accurate measurements.

Maintenance
Have the sonar sensor liquid checked in connection with regular servicing. The sonar sensor is located inside the hull (see diagram in section 4.5 Navigation system).
